NODL: Changes to the Board Composition

21 November 2019 – Hamilton, Bermuda

Northern Drilling Limited (OSE: NODL) or the “Company” announces that Gunnar Winther Eliassen has resigned as board member in the Company to take on other board responsibilities. Gunnar will continue to support the Company through his role in the Seatankers Group, an affiliate of the Company’s largest shareholder, Hemen Holding Limited. The Company would like to thank Mr Eliassen for his considerable contribution through the formation of the Company and in his directorship.
